What You'll Do• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems supporting industrial, maritime, and mission-critical operations in the Hampton Roads region.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals during field repairs and installations.
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters to verify system performance.
• Travel for overnight assignments while supporting customers across Virginia and the East Coast.
• Communicate professionally with customers, document service actions, and follow safety and compliance standards.
What You Bring• Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience from military, maritime, aviation, or industrial roles.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation and use diagnostic instruments.
• Flexibility for frequent travel and customer-facing work.
• Strong communication and professionalism in the field.
Compensation & Career Path• Total compensation typically ranges $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience, overtime, and travel.
