Johnson Controls is seeking a Working Foreman in Norfolk, VA with a minimum of five years of industrial HVAC experience. You will lead a project team of technicians, quote jobs, schedule hours, and ensure safety and clear communication with customers. A mechanical journeyman license and refrigerant/boiler knowledge are required.
The role requires strong verbal and written communication, along with computer literacy to manage quotes and projects. Valid driver's license is necessary.
