Cool Sys is seeking an HVAC/R Pipefitter Journeyman to install, assemble, and service mechanical piping systems for commercial and industrial projects. In this field-based role, you'll read blueprints, weld, braze, and thread pipe, perform pressure tests, and support system start-ups for advanced HVAC-R and energy solutions. You'll work hands-on in a safety-first, team-focused environment, collaborating with technicians and project managers. Responsibilities

  • Install, assemble, and repair HVAC/R piping systems for commercial and industrial projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
  • Bend, thread, weld, and braze pipe and tubing to required standards
  • Collaborate with technicians and project teams to complete installations safely and on time
  • Perform system start-up, pressure tests, and troubleshooting for leaks and performance issues
  • Follow all Cool
  • Sys and OSHA safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Use hand and power tools, lifts, and testing equipment effectively and safely
  • Communicate with customers and supervisors on job status, issues, and recommended solutions
  • Document work performed, materials used, and test results accurately
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications to maintain journeyman-level skills
