Refrigeration Construction Supervisor

Cool Sys is seeking a Refrigeration Construction Supervisor to lead commercial and industrial HVAC-R projects across North America. In this field-based role, you will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and manage day-to-day construction activities to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient refrigeration systems safely, on time, and on budget. You'll interpret plans and specs, ensure code and safety compliance, support startup and commissioning, and mentor technicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial and industrial refrigeration construction projects from planning through commissioning
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and materials to meet project timelines and budgets
• Interpret construction drawings, specs, and refrigeration system designs to ensure accurate installation
• Oversee quality, safety, and code compliance on active job sites
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers to resolve technical issues
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and startup for refrigeration and HVAC-R systems
• Train and mentor technicians and installers on construction standards and best practices
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates
• Ensure adherence to Cool

• Support continuous improvement in construction processes and field performance
