School Speech and Language Pathologist

• Valid SLP or SLPA license in Virginia
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary school-aged children
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring

• Dedication to collaboration with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students onsite
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with student needs and IEP goals
• Administer assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Document and report student progress, maintaining compliance with local and state guidelines
Work closely with teachers and staff to support classroom integration and student success
