Overview
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a Supervisor, Violence Intervention Program to join their team. The position is full-time 40 hours per week and day shift.

ResponsibilitiesThe hospital-based violence intervention program coordinator is primarily responsible for programmatic oversight and management for a multi-disciplinary hospital-based violence intervention program dedicated to reducing re-injury and mortality rates among youth and adults. The program coordinator will develop a program using trauma‑informed practices and incorporating the social determinants of health.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, LCSW or related fields required;
Master's preferred. - 3 years of community health experience.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Prior experience with grant management.
