Job Title: FACILITIES MAINTENANCE WORKER I (N)
Shift Schedule: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM, 3rd Shift, Friday through Tuesday, Wednesday &Thursday off. Full-time, 40-hour work week with two permanent days off, overtime as required.
(One Month Training will begin on the projected start date
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM before transitioning into shift hours)
Starting Rate: $24.2262 PER HOUR / $50,390.5334 ANNUAL

JOB SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of all airport buildings focusing on HVAC, electrical and plumbing.

Employees must demonstrate the ability to perform these essential functions during their physical examinations.
WORKING CONDITIONS/HAZARDS: Exposure to refrigerants, natural gas, high noise levels, high speed equipment, high voltage, acids and alkalis, extensive hours during weather related, stripping, penetrating lubricants and other aerosol/liquid chemicals and compressed air.
