Delivery Driver

Position Overview

Parts Authority is hiring full‑time Delivery Drivers to represent the company and provide exceptional customer service while transporting automotive parts.

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow directions from dispatch, adhere to assigned routes and time schedules, use navigation apps and alternative routes when necessary.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles, ensuring smooth operations at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Accept payments, prepare reports (invoices, return forms), and reconcile debt and credit related to deliveries.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicle and report any issues to management.
• Assist with store/warehouse duties such as stocking and parts pulling as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets as required.

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years old or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (75 lbs for Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers).
• Ability to manage, track, and account for money transactions and reconcile customer balances.
• Ability to use a tablet or mobile device for navigation, route optimization, tracking, and signature capture.
• Exceptional verbal and customer communication skills, professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
• Ability to take directions and work well as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.

• Hourly Rate: $16.00
