Tidewater Fleet Supply / TNT Parts, one of the largest independent distributors of fleet, truck, trailer, and heavy equipment parts in the Southeast, is growing and looking for dependable, customer-focused team members to join our operation.
As a Warehouse Driver, you play a critical role in keeping our branches running smoothly by safely transporting products between locations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, allowing you to stay active throughout the day while making a direct impact on our customers and team.

Responsibilities- Safely operate a company‑owned 26‑foot box truck to transport parts and products between branch locations.
- Ensure deliveries are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service during all deliveries and branch interactions.
- Verify outgoing shipments and transfers for accuracy before departure.
- Receive, stock, organize, and distribute incoming inventory.
- Assist with warehouse transfers, returns, and order fulfillment.
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Experience operating a box truck, delivery truck, or similar commercial vehicle (CDL not required).
- Strong work ethic and dependability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT exam.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to move up to 300 pounds using hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, and other mechanical aids.
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, squatting, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking.
- Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor environments throughout the year.
- Frequent use of close visual acuity and verbal communication.
