The Inland Logistics Specialist will play a key role in supporting both WM Stone's international forwarding and customs operations, as well as expanding our standalone domestic transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transportation Systems & Data Management

Maintain accurate shipment records within Port Pro, including milestones, carrier information, rates, documentation, and operational notes. Ensure data integrity to support reporting, visibility, and operational efficiency.

  • Customer & Internal Collaboration

Serve as the primary operational liaison between carriers, customers, warehouses, terminals, vendors, and WM Stone's forwarding, customs, and compliance teams. Provide proactive shipment updates and resolve operational exceptions with urgency and professionalism.

  • Process Improvement & Department Growth

Support the continued development of WM Stone's transportation brokerage division by assisting with standard operating procedures (SOPs), carrier onboarding processes, pricing strategies, and operational workflows.
