CDL-A truck driver trainees and experienced drivers needed.

Experienced drivers and trainees needed for one of our growing dedicated accounts. Great opportunity for drivers who are looking for weekend home time. We offer a great work environment with a stable workload, consistent home time and consistent pay.

We will take trainees on this account who have their Class A CDL, but have no driving experience. Trainees will be required to take our 4 week paid training to get 200-300 behind the wheel hours in. They then do their on the job training to learn the account and then be released on this account as a solo driver.

Must have the following if you are an experienced driver:

• 6 months OTR experience (after training) within the last 12 months
• At least 12 months in the past 5 years
• All experience must be verifiable. Must have good MVR & BG reports. Stable job history is required, as well as the ability to pass all pre‑employment job screenings.

Drivers will be responsible for unloading their trailers using gravity rollers. They will push the boxes of freight down the roller racks to store employees at the back of the store. $200 paid for unload of each trailer plus $15 per stop.

Drivers will be home for a 34 hour reset every weekend. If by chance, there is a Monday delivery, then drivers may need to leave out on a Sunday.

3 day orientation in Richmond. Private hotel room provided along with breakfast and lunch.

Newer automatic tractors with spacious sleepers.

$1200 - $1400 weekly average pay. (.85 CPM loaded and empty)

$100 weekly safety bonus for 2 loads completed per week with no tickets or accidents.

$40 short‑haul pay.
