CDL A Truck Driver Trainee - Paid Training

Recently obtained a Class A CDL? 10-4 Logistics is recruiting recent CDL Class A graduates to join our regional fleet based in Norfolk, VA, serving the Eastern U.S. We provide paid, over-the-road finish training and offer tuition reimbursement to assist with repayment of training expenses.

Compensation and Tuition Reimbursement:
Paid over-the-road finish training with an experienced mentor; guaranteed earnings of $1,600+ per week during training and an aggressive tuition reimbursement program.

Training Focus / What You Will Learn:

Advanced backing and tight-quarters maneuvering in East Coast urban and port environments, including Hampton Roads area operations.

Electronic Logging Device (ELD) operation and full compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) rules.

Safe and efficient operation of late-model diesel equipment (2024–2026).Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL obtained from an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).Clean driving record.
