Check-in drivers who have completed their routes by verifying product returned and ensuring invoices and delivery-exceptions are properly noted;
Inspect returned products to determine restocking or credit eligibility;
Coordinate with Credit Services and Food Safety personnel as needed;
Count returned items and reconcile with return sheets and invoices;
Record discrepancies and apply appropriate codes to damaged products
