Non-CDL Driver

Coleman Worldwide Moving has immediate openings for non-CDL driving positions. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods, leading moving crews, interacting with new customers daily, and growing within the company.

Compensation: $16 per hour, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to earn incentives above and beyond the hourly rate.

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading and/or unloading shipments.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on truck and moving equipment.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and/or interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Real , Complaint , or DL (preferred).

• Indoor and outdoor work.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent squatting, bending, and stair use.
• Long periods of driving.

• 40 hours of vacation pay after 1 year of employment.

We offer a scholarship program for qualifying summer interns to assist with tuition. Funding amounts are paid directly to the associate:

• $500 scholarship toward your post‑secondary education for the first full summer internship.
• $750 scholarship toward your post‑secondary education for the second full summer internship.
• $1,000 scholarship toward your post‑secondary education for the third or more full summer internship.

Requirements:
Must be a summer seasonal associate employed as a helper, packer, driver, warehouseman, or other service center operational, non‑management position, show proof of enrollment in school for the current year’s fall classes, and work full time through the scheduled season.
