Precision Logistics Incorporated is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Drivers to join our Fed Ex Ground team in Norfolk, VA
.

Training Pay:
$125/day ride-along training
$135/day experienced Fed Ex drivers.

$175/Day — New or Limited Delivery Experience

$200/Day — Experienced Delivery Driver

$225/Day — Experienced Fed Ex Driver

Already know how to run a Fed Ex route? Experienced Fed Ex drivers can earn our highest starting rate.

• $250 60-Day Bonus
• Up to $550 Peak Season Bonus
• Potential weekly earnings of $900–$1,125+, depending on schedule and daily rate

You're responsible for your route, but you're never on your own.

• Full-Time
• Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Wednesday–Sunday (Making this to only require 1 weekend day per schedule with the option to chose a shift to work both)
• Start at8:30 AM
  until route completion

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable attendance
• Reliable transportation to and from the terminal
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to
  150 lbs. with a dolly
• Ability to pass a background check
• Clean MVR review
• DOT physical
• Employer-paid drug test

New to delivery? Start at $180/day.

Already have professional delivery experience? Earn $200/day.

Experienced Fed Ex driver? Earn $225/day.
