Class A Dedicated Truck Driver - CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new CDL graduates with recent experience, to join our team running a dedicated account. This position offers weekly home time, strong earning potential, and newer automatic equipment.

• $1700 - $1800 week
• $0.90 per mile
• 1,000+ miles per week
• $20 stop pay
• $240 unload pay per trailer
• $100 weekly bonus for two loads delivered with no accidents or incidents
• Full benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

• 100% touch dry van freight; drivers load boxes from the trailer onto a conveyor belt with rollers for store personnel to offload
• Running lanes cover East and North Central Regional areas
• Dedicated account with weekly home time on weekends
• Mostly Monday–Friday operation with occasional Saturday work
• Both day and night driving schedules available
• Orientation held in Chesapeake, VA

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all criminal history subject to individual safety review
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training (no more than 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years)
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen
• Must reside within 70 miles of Chesapeake, VA
