CDL A Truck Driver - Paid Training CDL Drivers

Have your CDL-A but no driving experience yet? This is where you start. Norfolk drivers can start with a regional fleet out of Virginia that trains new CDL holders on the road, with no New England or New York freight.

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
• $850 per week during training
• Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving

• Dry van freight in 27 states, Colorado east, no New England
• 1,800 to 2,800 miles per week
• Home every 2 to 3 weeks
• $100 flat pay on short haul loads

• Average weekly earnings of $1,200 to $1,800
• Standard mileage pay scale that grows with experience
• Monthly driver performance bonus
• $15 stop pay

• Medical, dental and vision after 30 days

• $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered

• CDL-A in hand, no experience: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school. Paid training with a driver trainer, paid every week while you learn.
• Experienced drivers: 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Skip training and go straight to your own truck.

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Live in the Richmond, VA hiring area
