Warehouse Associate — Norfolk, VA — 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM — Pay: $17.85 per hour

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing products accurately and efficiently. This role operates material handling equipment, packages and labels orders, and utilizes computer systems to process inventory transactions. The position ensures compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and written procedures while maintaining a productive warehouse environment.

• Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Operate forklifts, rolling pushcarts, and manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Package and label customer orders accurately.
• Process receipts, putaways, picks, and replenishments using warehouse computer systems.
• Inspect incoming products and verify accuracy against shipping manifests.
• Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies to inventory control or management for resolution.
• Work with Quality Assurance teams to properly disposition incoming products.
• Read and interpret product labels, picking sheets, and written operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow written operating procedures.
• Ability to operate forklifts, rolling pushcarts, and manual pallet jacks; forklift certification preferred or company-provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate discrepancies to supervisors.
• Ability to work extended hours as required.
• Ability to work onsite in Norfolk, VA from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
