The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items, securing a warehouse, and supervising staff.

• Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving and shipping, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Measures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Organizes and maintains inventory and storage areas.
• Ensures shipments and inventory transactions are accurate.
• Communicate job expectations and mentor subordinates.
• Maintains item records, documents necessary information, and utilizes reports to project warehouse status.
• Confers and coordinates activities with other departments.

• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Ability to move around a cold storage warehouse unassisted and the ability to stand for extended periods in a 34-40 degree refrigerated warehouse.
