Job Summary

The Warehouse Technician will play a critical role in supporting inventory management and material handling processes that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain the integrity and accuracy of inventory systems.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, and organize products while maintaining accurate records of stock levels and conducting periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare material/equipment for shipments, ensuring items are correctly selected and securely packaged using proper ESD methods as required.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store material.
  • Inspect inbound shipments against purchase orders, document discrepancies or damages, and coordinate with vendors and freight carriers for timely protocols.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records, update warehouse management systems, and generate reports on inventory and shipments.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma.

Experience:

  • Warehouse Technician I – 0 years of experience.
  • Warehouse Technician II – 1 year of experience.
  • Warehouse Technician III – 2 years of experience.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Basic proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.

Additional Requirements: All SEACORP employees must hold U.S. citizenship.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Warehouse – Standing and walking for extended periods. Significant use of material moving equipment, including climbing onto and off of equipment, turning head to visually see area around equipment, using hands and feet to safely control equipment. Significant lifting of < 40 lbs.; occasional lifting > 40 lbs. Use of computers, mouse, keyboard, viewing screens. Sitting, stooping, bending, twisting, reaching, and squatting on a daily basis.

Variable environmental conditions heavily influenced by weather and proximity to shipping doors. Dust, noise, and constant activity. Personal Protective Equipment: safety shoes required; hearing protection and safety glasses recommended.
