Helper​/Packer​/Mover

Coleman Worldwide Moving offers loading, packing, moving, and warehouse opportunities across its service centers. This role provides a summer position or a long‑term career path for college students and others seeking active, entry‑level work with opportunities for growth.

Compensation is $15 per hour (based on experience). Minimum age 17. Workers may receive incentives above and beyond hourly pay.

• Wrap household goods for transit.
• Perform packing jobs as necessary.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Assist loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Conduct pre‑trip inspections with drivers for equipment, truck interior, straps, tensioners, and walk‑boards.
• Complete household goods inventory.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and interstate.
• Good communication skills.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred:
  Real , Complaint , or driver’s license.

• Indoor and outdoor work environments.
• Lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent squatting, bending, and stair use.

• Full‑time employees receive vacation pay after 1 year of employment.

• First full summer internship: $500 scholarship.
• Second full summer internship: $750 scholarship.
• Third or more full summer internships: $1,000 scholarship.

Eligibility for the scholarship requires employment as a helper, packer, driver, warehouseman, or other operational position, proof of current enrollment in fall classes, full‑time seasonal schedule, and a supervisor’s acknowledgment of good performance and attendance.
