Record Center Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to efficient processing and handling of physical records. Shift: Other (08:00:AM - 05:00:PM)

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials
• Manually lift, carry, and arrange storage boxes weighing from 10 to over 100 lbs
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Read labels, track orders, and determine the location of boxes using proprietary computer systems
• Load and shrink wrap pallets, and load pallets onto trucks manually and with aids

• Ability to stand, kneel, squat, reach, and bend for extended periods
• Capability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English
• Experience operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and ladders is preferred
• Physical stamina and attention to safety procedures
