On-site initially (~60 days for training), then Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Compensation: $40-$50/hr doe

This role will serve as the senior accounting leader supporting local operations and acting as the Controller's right hand. The individual will oversee accounting processes, supervise AP/AR activities, manage reconciliations, review transactions, and help ensure smooth financial operations during an extended integration project.

• Oversee and review AP and AR processes from start to finish
• Review customer invoicing prior to distribution
• Review and approve vendor invoices
• Perform and manage daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
• Support month-end accounting activities
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and transactions
• Supervise accounting workflows and external support resources
• Serve as a hands‑on contributor while providing accounting leadership
• Partner closely with the Controller on operational and integration-related initiatives

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Public accounting experience
• Construction or manufacturing background
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
