Job SummaryThis position performs and assists with duties related to the operational needs of the College Dean's Office, as well as provides coverage for college departments as needed.

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Required Qualifications- Expertise using Office 360 suite, especially Excel pivot tables and formulas.
- Knowledge of Campus Solutions, Cognos, Colleague, Canvas, Form Stack, and Qualtrics.
- Budgeting skills.
- Experience setting up events and working with vendors and campus facilities.
- Copywriting and editing skills.
- Ability to establish cooperative relationships with faculty, staff, and students.
- Strong knowledge of computers and systems.
- Experience with accounting, scheduling, database, ERP, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and regular attendance.
- Composure and service orientation for student and staff issues.
- Strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of university administrative methods and office practices.
- Independent work and good judgment to analyze questions and issues.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and complete projects by deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Adaptability to transition between assignments or teams.
Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. (No remote/flex options available).
