Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Office Administrator, the Office Manager provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for Student Counseling Services (SCS). This position exercises independent judgment and discretion while supporting clinical operations, training programs, outreach initiatives, departmental business functions, and personnel processes. The Office Manager serves as a key resource for staff, students, trainees, and campus partners and contributes to the efficient operation of the department while maintaining compliance with confidentiality and university policies.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate$20.12 - $20.77 per hour
Required Qualifications- 1. High school graduation or equivalent.
- 2. Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series. This work includes performing a wide variety of office support tasks, which require the use of judgment and initiative and the ability to operate computer systems, using word processing, database, and software packages. Knowledge of the organization, programs, practices, and procedures of a department/unit is central to the performance of the duties.
Must maintain knowledge of Student Counseling Services and University procedures, as well as State and Federal confidentiality laws.
