Provide safe and efficient tire and battery service for members in both sales and service areas;
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians;
Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, TPMS, and tire/battery industry guidelines;
Utilize handheld technology and POS systems to plan and drive service decisions and assist customers;
Maintain inventory, process transactions, and ensure proper labeling and storage of merchandise.
