• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong partnerships.
• Oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations, ensuring quality and compliance with service level agreements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements and account expansion.
• Lead and mentor on‑site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or a related field;
  Waste Handling Management experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities or account management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in FM tools (CAFM, CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
