We're seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in helping customers, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoAs the primary connection between our customers and service team, you'll help ensure every customer receives outstanding care from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Schedule and prepare for service appointments
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document customer concerns
- Create accurate repair orders and provide cost and time estimates
- Communicate customer concerns clearly with technicians
- Coordinate with service and parts teams to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Deliver completed vehicles and explain services performed
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recommend necessary maintenance and repair services using a consultative approach
- Meet performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of maintenance schedules, warranties, and service products
- Minimum 6 months of Service Advisor experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Automotive service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive, professional demeanor
- Valid Illinois Driver's License with a clean driving record
