Interior Designer – Farnsworth Group

Farnsworth Group is seeking an Interior Designer to join our team. This role focuses on combining creativity with technical excellence to deliver inspirational interior spaces across a range of project types. You will lead design, prepare project administrative documentation, revise technical documents, and collaborate with architects and engineers.

Posting Locations: Normal, Peoria, Springfield, IL

• Design and deliver interior aspects of a project including programming client needs, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Participate in selecting and presenting furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting.
• Provide design support and documentation from concept to completion, including 3D development, graphic presentation, and construction documents.

• Bachelor's degree in interior design from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of interior design experience.
• NCDIQ certification preferred.
• Experience maintaining client relationships.
• AutoCAD and Revit experience required.

Salary Range: $57,000-$77,000 (determined by education, experience, skills, internal and external equity)
