Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Hospitalist team as a Nocturnist in Normal, Illinois.

• Experience required
• Excellent compensation ($1,000 shift differential) in addition to generous sign‑on bonus
• .5 FTE Nocturnist position (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Work 1 week (7 days in a row) per month
• Sick days allotted from day 1
• Established Hospitalist program
• Open ICU with 12 licensed ICU beds
• No procedures

• Nursing floor based rounding
• Hospitalists run all codes

  Carle Bro Menn Medical Center is a 200‑bed hospital that is a DNV‑Certified Primary Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and an Accredited Chest Pain Center

Bloomington‑Normal is centrally located to Chicago, Indianapolis, and St. Louis. The compensation range for this position is $175,500 – $263,500. This represents a good‑faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
