Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Hospitalist team as a Nocturnist in Normal, Illinois.
Opportunity Details- Experience required
- Excellent compensation ($1,000 shift differential) in addition to generous sign‑on bonus
- .5 FTE Nocturnist position (7 PM – 7 AM)
- Work 1 week (7 days in a row) per month
- Sick days allotted from day 1
- Established Hospitalist program
- Open ICU with 12 licensed ICU beds
- No procedures

- Nursing floor based rounding
- Hospitalists run all codes

Carle Bro Menn Medical Center is a 200‑bed hospital that is a DNV‑Certified Primary Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and an Accredited Chest Pain Center - Great consulting service support
Bloomington‑Normal is centrally located to Chicago, Indianapolis, and St. Louis. ProviderSalary Range
The compensation range for this position is $175,500 – $263,500. This represents a good‑faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
