Otolaryngology - Physician

Overview

Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join our established Otolaryngology practice at our location in Bloomington‑Normal, Illinois.

• Must have completed training at an ACGME‑accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology, Rhinology, or Laryngology is desirable but not required.
• Must have skills and interest in comprehensive Otolaryngology.
• Busy, established practice with a large referral base.
• Large, state‑of‑the‑art facility with opportunity to grow practice.
• Join a system that includes seven Otolaryngologists.
• System currently offers subspecialty Adult and Pediatric Otology/Neurotology, Head/Neck Oncology, Microvascular Reconstruction, and Rhinology services.
• Onsite team includes two BC Otolaryngologists, two Advanced Practice Providers, and two in‑clinic Adult Audiologists.
• Enjoy comprehensive breadth of cases with patients of all ages.
• Well established hospitalist program.
• Majority of surgeries will be performed at Carle Bro Menn Medical Center, a 200‑bed Magnet‑designated hospital.
• Some surgeries will be performed at The Center for Outpatient Medicine, an AAAHC‑accredited surgery center with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
• Opportunities for involvement in Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering, created as a partnership between Carle Health and the University of Illinois at Urbana‑Champaign.

The compensation range for this position is $600,000 – $625,000, representing a good‑faith minimum and maximum at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on experience, qualifications, location, licenses, shifts, and compensation model.
