Overview
Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join our established Otolaryngology practice at our location in Bloomington‑Normal, Illinois.
Opportunity Details- Must have completed training at an ACGME‑accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology, Rhinology, or Laryngology is desirable but not required.
- Must have skills and interest in comprehensive Otolaryngology.
- Busy, established practice with a large referral base.
- Large, state‑of‑the‑art facility with opportunity to grow practice.
- Join a system that includes seven Otolaryngologists.
- System currently offers subspecialty Adult and Pediatric Otology/Neurotology, Head/Neck Oncology, Microvascular Reconstruction, and Rhinology services.
- Onsite team includes two BC Otolaryngologists, two Advanced Practice Providers, and two in‑clinic Adult Audiologists.
- Enjoy comprehensive breadth of cases with patients of all ages.
- Well established hospitalist program.
- Majority of surgeries will be performed at Carle Bro Menn Medical Center, a 200‑bed Magnet‑designated hospital.
- Some surgeries will be performed at The Center for Outpatient Medicine, an AAAHC‑accredited surgery center with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
- Opportunities for involvement in Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering, created as a partnership between Carle Health and the University of Illinois at Urbana‑Champaign.
Bloomington‑Normal is a vibrant, family‑friendly community centrally located to Chicago, Indianapolis, and St. Louis. It offers excellent schools, affordable housing, and access to dining, arts, sports, and outdoor activities. CompensationAnd Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $600,000 – $625,000, representing a good‑faith minimum and maximum at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on experience, qualifications, location, licenses, shifts, and compensation model.
