Position: Uni Dos Club Assistant Moderator
Responsibilities- Promote the mission of the club
- Attend moderator meetings as needed
- Cultivate student leadership
- Collaborate with Student Activities to avoid scheduling and other potential conflicts
- Participate in the Cocurricular Fair
- Communicate with Student Activities
- Club rosters, including any changes as they occur
- Attendance via shared Google Sheet
- Schedule of meeting and event dates, times, and locations
- Names of student club leaders (including positions if applicable)
- Two to three club goals for the year, with one of the goals being service-oriented
- Programs, achievements, news to be shared on social media
- Maintain updated club information using on Campus
- Schedule of meetings and special events
- News and announcements
- Materials for club members
- Follow all policies and protocols as outlined in the Moderator Handbook
- Weekly after school meetings
Pay rate: Category A (25 hours or less) $816
