Loyola Academy offers seasonal student employment in the Loyola wear store. A successful student candidate should have the ability to follow as well as lead, is team-oriented, and be flexible to different types of learners and individual styles.

• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, initiative, resourcefulness, and personal accountability.
• Ability to handle information of sensitive and confidential nature in the utmost professional manner.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and time management skills.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills along with the ability to work with diverse constituents.
• Attention to detail and adaptability to a changing environment is extremely important as well as dependability.
• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information, protect the assets of the institution, act ethically and with integrity, adhere to the administrative and operational policies of Loyola Academy and perform the duties of your position consistent with those policies and the institution’s expectations.

• This job is only available to currently enrolled Loyola Academy students (current and approaching semester/term). GPA requirement of [2.75 cumulative or higher and be in satisfactory academic standing. (3.0 preferred)]
• Must be in good academic standing and have no disciplinary actions with the Student Code of Conduct.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that may include working nights and weekends.
• Pre-Employment screening may be required.
