• Engage with prospective students through phone calls, email correspondence, and social media outreach
• Conduct personal consultations to understand student goals and recommend appropriate programs
• Explain the admissions process, program details, and financial aid options clearly and comprehensively
• Assist students in completing enrollment applications and gathering required documents
• Manage the entire admissions process to ensure a seamless experience for every new student
• Collaborate with the Financial Aid department to guide students through available funding options and scholarships
• Participate in community events and recruitment fairs to promote Tricoci University and its offerings
• Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools and community organizations for recruitment initiatives

• Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is highly recommended
• Background in the beauty industry is advantageous but not essential
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in technology and digital communication tools
• Ability to connect with a diverse range of students and build positive relationships
• A strong commitment to helping students succeed and realize their educational goals

Salary range expected: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
