Program Operations Coordinator

Illinois State University is hiring a Program Operations Coordinator for the Katie School of Insurance and Risk Management. The role involves leading program coordination, managing logistics for all school events, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with faculty, staff, student workers, and the Gamma Iota Sigma fraternity to plan and market workshops and speakers.

• Lead program coordination and event logistics for the Katie School of Insurance and Risk Management.
• Communicate professionally with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders via email, phone, and postal mail.
• Collaborate with Gamma Iota Sigma student organization for planning and marketing events.
• Required knowledge in marketing, business administration, communications, or public relations.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree and three years of related professional experience.
• Familiarity with program planning, public relations, brand management, and event facilitation preferred.
• Hourly pay between $32.31 and $34.87.
• Works under direction of the Katie School Director, coordinating with faculty, staff, and student workers.
• Supports the College of Business Department of Finance, Insurance and Law, serving more than 800 students.
• Standard work hours Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend events.
