The Senior Student Conduct Coordinator plays a central role in the daily leadership and internal operations of the Student Conduct Office, ensuring that the Universitys commitment to student rights, responsibilities, and accountability is upheld. Working under the direction of the Assistant Dean for Student Conduct, this position oversees core conduct processes, manages operational workflows, and leads efforts to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the conduct system.

Acting as a key partner to students, faculty, and campus stakeholders, the Senior Student Conduct Coordinator guides the Universitys response to behavioral concerns while promoting student development both on and off-campus. The role leads the development and implementation of training and professional development initiatives across the conduct system, including the University Hearing Panel, unit Graduate Assistants, and Conduct Consultants. It also advances educational outreach and procedural clarity so that students understand their rights and responsibilities under the Code of Student Conduct.

In addition to overseeing the units sanction curriculum and educational interventions, the Senior Student Conduct Coordinator serves as the Universitys student conduct Clery coordinator, ensuring consistent staff training and collaborating with campus police on the Annual Security Report. The position also leads the Universitys anti-hazing policy, accountability process, and reporting efforts, aligning practices with the Stop Campus Hazing Act and emerging national standards.

Through these responsibilities, the Senior Student Conduct Coordinator strengthens the integrity, consistency, and educational impact of the student conduct process. The position carries significant responsibility for institutional compliance and risk management, particularly in relation to federal regulations, Clery reporting, and campus safety obligations.
