Mind Robotics Inc. seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer in Normal, IL to manage data collection devices and support robot deployment. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and networking issues while working closely with the HQ engineering team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, especially in Linux and hardware troubleshooting, and communicate effectively with customers while being self-directed onsite. Prior experience in a field service role is advantageous.
