The OpportunityWe are hiring a Financial Planner / Wealth Advisor with a strong foundation in comprehensive financial planning .
This role is ideal for someone who:

You will work directly with clients and alongside senior advisors to deliver planning that is actionable, detailed, and integrated—not theoretical.
What You Will Be Responsible For- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients
- Analyze and provide guidance on:
- Retirement income strategies
- Tax planning opportunities (ongoing + scenario‑based)
- Estate planning structures and coordination with attorneys
- Insurance planning and risk management
- Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings
- Translate complex strategies into clear, client‑understandable recommendations
- Collaborate with internal team members to implement planning recommendations
- Maintain accurate and thorough CRM documentation
We are looking for someone with a strong and growing foundation in financial planning for individuals and families.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning (not solely investment or sales roles)
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex planning situations
- Ability to build and explain a full financial plan , not just contribute to one
- Working knowledge of:
- Retirement distribution strategies
- Tax‑aware planning concepts
- Estate planning fundamentals (trusts, beneficiaries, titling)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, client‑ready work
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑first mindset
- Comfortable working within multiple technology platforms and planning software
