We are looking for a licensed or license-eligible mental health therapist to join our adult outpatient team. This clinician will carry a caseload of individual adult clients, provide evidence-based treatment, and contribute to the growth and culture of our practice. This position is available as full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities- Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or similar approaches.
- Maintain a full caseload in alignment with your employment status.
- Complete clinical documentation within 24 business hours of each session.
- Participate in team meetings, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development.
- Engage in marketing activities to support your caseload development and the visibility of the practice.
- Contribute to TMWC's blog, social media, or community outreach efforts.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards set forth by your licensing board and TMWC's policies.
- Must hold or be actively working toward an Illinois license in one of the following: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
- Must be eligible for insurance paneling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage a full caseload independently.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and clinical growth.
- Experience working with adults presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or co-occurring concerns.
- Training in at least one evidence-based modality.
- Prior experience working in a group practice setting.
- A competitive per-billable-hour rate with a clear pay progression tied to licensure milestones and caseload performance.
- Supervision toward licensure for provisionally licensed clinicians.
