Position Overview

We are looking for a licensed or license-eligible mental health therapist to join our adult outpatient team. This clinician will carry a caseload of individual adult clients, provide evidence-based treatment, and contribute to the growth and culture of our practice. This position is available as full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or similar approaches.
  • Maintain a full caseload in alignment with your employment status.
  • Complete clinical documentation within 24 business hours of each session.
  • Participate in team meetings, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development.
  • Engage in marketing activities to support your caseload development and the visibility of the practice.
  • Contribute to TMWC's blog, social media, or community outreach efforts.
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal standards set forth by your licensing board and TMWC's policies.
Requirements
  • Must hold or be actively working toward an Illinois license in one of the following: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
  • Must be eligible for insurance paneling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage a full caseload independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and clinical growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with adults presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or co-occurring concerns.
  • Training in at least one evidence-based modality.
  • Prior experience working in a group practice setting.
