Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (up to age 24)
- Conduct parent sessions and/or family therapy as clinically appropriate
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in team consultation
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active license (or working toward licensure) in Illinois
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
- Comfort working with a caseload that may extend into young adulthood (up to age 24)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team
