Observe and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients and notify nursing staff of changes;
Maintain ECG tracing labeling with patient details for medical records;
Respond to alarm histories and ensure life-threatening alarms remain active;
Provide training for new monitor technicians and assist in ongoing education;
Assist in rapid response or Code Blue and related procedures as directed by nursing staff
