Pharmacist – Normal, IL Store

Must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Illinois. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members, and leadership.
• Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results and coach them.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to become effective team members.
• Motivate team members to perform at their highest level.
• Be competent in Meijer policies, procedures, and state/federal laws.
• Communicate effectively and serve as an agent of change.
• Prioritize workload with excellent organizational skills.
• Listen to patients and resolve their needs with customer service.
• When pharmacist in charge is absent, manage pharmacy operations.
• Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations where allowed.

• Bachelor of Science degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed pharmacist in the state of Illinois.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• Retail/Community practice experience.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy system, policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements in the state of practice.
