United Talent Staffing is currently hiring Bar Backs for the Tailgate N Tallboys concert in Normal, IL.

• Restock beer, liquor, and other bar supplies throughout the event.
• Assist bartenders by retrieving items quickly to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Keep bar areas clean and organized.
• Help with trash removal and ice replenishment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar stations, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place.
• Help bartenders prepare garnishes, mixers, and other drink essentials as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels during the event and report any shortages to management.

Schedule:

Thursday June 18-21, 2026, | Start time: 9am-11pm

Pay: $10 per hour plus tips

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items throughout the shift.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior bar, event, or festival experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be available to work the entire shift!
