As the Director of Sales
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our business.

• Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

• Proven success in leading sales teams and meeting revenue targets.

• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Proactive in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.

• Previous experience in a senior sales management role within the hospitality industry is required.
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

You will immerse yourself in the hotel's sales objectives, market positioning, and client base. You'll work closely with your team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
