Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Part Time Recruiter role based in Normal, IL. The Recruiter will support hiring needs by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks, and by screening resumes to match role requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting phone and in-person interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the process. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, update applicant tracking systems, and assist with onboarding activities such as paperwork and orientation coordination.
The role also involves representing Richmond Marketing at local events or career fairs, promoting the employer brand, and ensuring an organized and inclusive recruitment experience.
- Experience with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing across various role types.
- Skills in organizing recruitment pipelines, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and managing scheduling logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Capability to represent the company professionally at on-site events, campus visits, or career fairs.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR support, or staffing is preferred but not required.
- Comfort working on-site in Normal, IL, with flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; coursework or a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
