Business Information Systems Administrator

Illinois State University is hiring a Business Information Systems Administrator. This role involves managing and supporting the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ensuring data integrity, overseeing projects within the Facilities Services units, and improving system efficiency through business analysis and technology support.

• Administer and support CMMS and related Facilities business applications.
• Manage CMMS data integrity and implement data collection strategies.
• Lead project management efforts from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with Facilities Services units and the Business Information Services team.
• Use data management and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI; knowledge of SQL and data modeling preferred.
• Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, IT, project management, or related field and two years of relevant experience.
• Annual salary range of $58,000 - $68,000.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
• Part of the Finance and Planning division, specifically within the Superintendence department.
