Illinois State University is hiring a Data Automation Engineer. The role involves developing and managing workflow solutions to enhance business process efficiencies in University Advancement's fundraising and alumni engagement systems. The Engineer collaborates with data owners and project managers to implement data flows and resolves data integrity issues across multiple systems.
Highlights- Build and manage business process workflows for fundraising and alumni engagement systems.
- Ensure seamless integration with university systems and third-party vendor technologies.
- Identify and resolve data integrity problems between Advancement data systems and original data sources.
- Create efficiencies or new solutions for front-end data input methods to maximize data value.
- Required knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint administration, Salesforce CRM, and enterprise databases preferred.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and 2 years of IT and workflow solution experience.
- Salary is $72,000 annually.
- Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
- Collaborate frequently with data owners, project managers, and business analysts.
