Position: Insurance Coverage Investigator

Location: Normal, IL

Our Insurance Coverage Investigation team members investigate and document all insurance claim related information. The person in this role strictly requires phone usage for the majority of their tasks and will work directly with our License Suspension team. This position requires a person with attention to detail and a professional, friendly behavior. Must be organized, energetic, and able to multi-task.

• Learn basic insurance principles and apply them case by case
• Contact carriers to investigate insurance claims
• Confirm proper insurance coverage
• Obtain denial letters for the license suspension team
• Use industry specific software to enter and update our database
• Handle inbound calls
• Comfortable with computers and MS Office
• Willing to learn new computer skills
• Demonstrates initiative and good judgment
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
