Our Coverage Investigator team investigates and documents all insurance claim related information. The person in this role strictly requires phone usage for the majority of their tasks and will work directly with our License Suspension team. This position requires a person with attention to detail and a professional, friendly behavior. Must be organized, energetic, and able to multi-task.

• Investigate insurance claims and verify coverage through direct carrier communication.
• Secure official denial letters to support license suspension processing.
• Input and maintain precise data across custom software and MS Office suites.
• Manage inbound call volume while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Exercise sound judgment, self-motivation, and strict attention to detail.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, software, and evolving industry standards.
