Illinois State University seeks an Educational Interpreter to provide sign language interpretation for deaf and/or hard of hearing students aged 3-21 in diverse classrooms, events, and activities. Placement may shift between Thomas Metcalf School and University High School based on student need.
The position runs 7:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with summer layoff and a proposed start date in August 2026. ISBE approval is required;
University benefits apply and funding ends June 30, 2027.
